Our client, a leading consumer product brand, is looking for a Office Assistant to join its operations & finance team! In this role, you'll handle day-to-day office coordination and operations, and provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and other high level team members, including payroll processing, customer account inquiries, route paperwork, and other tasks as needed. In addition, you'll also provide light HR support, and assist with the onboarding of new employees and recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills with a leader in consumer brands!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree
- a minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative support and customer service experience
- thorough knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- direct store delivery and/or route accounting experience [familiarity with Encompass a plus!]
- top notch communicative skills with a proven attention to detail
This is a 2-3 month contract opportunity in the Orlando, FL area with the potential to be extended, and compensation around $15/hr, DOE. For consideration, please send your resume
