Our client, an entertainment and theme park company, is looking for a Manager, Park-Wide Systems - Digital Experience to monitor and expedite the design and development of Park Wide Digital Experiences including Digital Signage, Facial Recognition, Internet of Things, LoRA, and software systems. You will also provide insight, scheduling, and consultative services during the entire lifecycle of work projects.
Responsibilities:
• Produce scopes of work and manage project lifecycles with supervision, testing and adjustment of Park Wide systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications
• Review, ensure and lead compliance of contractor designs / documentation with contractural requirements, specs, FCC, NEC, and local building codes
• Oversee prototypes and testing efforts that ensure contractors efforts reflect final installed system
• Establish quantitative requirements and specs based on operational intent
• Develop and oversee project schedules and budgets
• Organize, lead and participate in multi-system Park Wide system specs while improving collaboration and communication technologies for project teams
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and / or Software Engineering is required. Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and / or Software Engineering preferred
• 15 Years' Experience in the design, specification, implementation, testing, and commissioning of commercial and industrial building management, security, communication, cash processing, and data control systems required
• Theme park audio, video, security, and building management systems experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform engineering calculations commensurate with Baccalaureate training in Electrical, electronic and/or Software engineering
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to organize and manage a complex series of tasks and vendor(s). Strengths in schedule analysis and management, contract management, and electrical contracting management preferred.
