Our client, a leading consumer brand, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support their Distribution and Supply Chain processes! In this role, you'll provide customer, systems and operational support to both internal and external teams: you'll resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, shipments, claims, and customer concerns, monitor and provide status of critical shipments, create and maintain distributor customer master data, conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis, maintain documentation, and oversee invoice reconciliation, among other duties. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a global leader in consumer products!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree (degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management a plus!)
- a minimum 1 years' worth of relevant professional experience (internships okay!)
- basic knowledge of CRM systems and logistics functions within ERP systems (experience within SAP and Salesforce highly preferred)
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel analytical functions
- excellent communicative, organizational, customer service, and problem solving skills
This is a temporary project anticipated to last three months with the possibility of being extended, with compensation between $25-30/hr, DOE. This opportunity is remote to start based on current stay at home orders, but may require candidates to sit onsite in the Santa Monica area of Los Angeles, CA.
