Our client, a global leader in live entertainment, has an immediate need for an HR Coordinator at their headquarters located in the heart of Hollywood. In this role, you will provide administrative support to an HR Generalist and the team, and will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling, preparing presentations, generating reports, and distributing employee communications. Additional responsibilities include facilitating onboarding / offboarding, generating offer letters, running background checks, processing HRIS transactions, creating org charts, planning meetings (including logistics), and coordinating with team members in Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
Requirements:
• B.A. Degree
• Minimum 2 years of HR related experience in a support role capacity
• Experience with Workday and ADP preferred
• Strong command of all Microsoft Office programs
• Experience dealing with high levels of confidentiality
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A long-term interest in HR
