Human Resources Assistant/Generalist

Global entertainment leader in West Los Angeles is seeking an HR professional for a hybrid role that combines multiple responsibilities within their dynamic organization. This is an ideal opportunity for a lower to mid-level HR professional seeking a solid opportunity in the entertainment industry, that offers room for growth in an HR capacity. Responsibilities include operating at an assistant / generalist level, providing administrative assistance to HR Director, being key point of contact for all benefit related questions (heavy phones and very customer service oriented) and open to learning more about benefits within their organization. 

Requirements are as follows: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR capacity
• Intermediate to advanced administrative skill set
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Some experience in benefits preferred, but not required
• Must be polished and professional (corporate environment)
