Full Time Job
Our client, a high profile philanthropist, is looking for a sharp, attentive, and patient Executive/Personal Assistant to work out of their home. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact, handling extensive calendaring & scheduling, phones, recording notes, correspondence, and managing travel arrangement and itineraries, among other tasks. You'll also provide operational support for the household, serving as a liaison to property management and household staff: you'll ensure that household expense receipts are submitted to the bookkeeper, oversee the ordering and stock of general household items, manage staff vacations and sick days, and assist with the execution of events.
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree
- a minimum 3-5 years of executive or personal assistant experience, preferably within a household setting, with the proven ability to understand the discretion and professionalism required when working with high net worth individuals and clients
- a high level of proficiency with Apple products (iPhones, MacBooks, iMacs, etc)
- familiarity with Hollywood studios and non-profit philanthropic work
- knowledge of the greater West Los Angeles area, including restaurants, shops, etc.
- the ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- reliable transportation and a modern smartphone
- excellent communicative, time management, and project management skills
- an interest in yoga a plus!
This is an on-site, direct hire opportunity in the West Los Angeles, CA, area with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays, and a 401K option, with compensation between 60-80K, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
