This is a Full Time Job
Our client, a leading music & recording organization, is looking for a CRM Support Specialist to support their marketing efforts! In this role, you'll support several aspects of CRM operations and services to a variety of labels and artists to ensure that teams can operate their email, mobile and acquisitions seamlessly: you'll oversee daily activities for email and data platforms, including user and account creation, management, and data segmentation, assist with the creation and management of standard form templates including sweepstakes and campaign pages, support platform users by troubleshooting email, subscriber and page issues, help with platform training for label marketing users, testing new system features and functionality, and support special projects across consumer marketing and audience development as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a global leader in music!
You should have:
• a Bachelor's degree
• a minimum 3 years of experience in a technology support role, including experience with email & data marketing and customer facing web support
• knowledge of and experience with debugging and troubleshooting HTML, CSS, and SQL issues
• experience with DotDigital and Return Path
• excellent communicative, organizational, and time management skills, with the proven ability to adjust to shifting priorities and a strong attention to detail
This is a four month temporary project in the Santa Monica, CA area, with compensation between $40-45/hr, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
