Eleventh Hour has been successfully partnering with major entertainment studios, networks, agencies, and production companies for over 10 years! Lucky for us (and for you) they are always looking to bring on stellar Assistant Floaters to support their Executives. Responsibilities usually include answering phones, managing multiple calendars, rolling calls, booking travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.

The roles are temporary with the possibility of turning into long-term based on your performance! This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working with global entertainment leaders while mastering the ins & outs of a successful assistant on a fast-paced desk!
Must-Have:
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a high-level Executive in an entertainment setting such as agency, network, or studio is a must [internships ok!]
• The ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and give 110%
• Experience rolling calls is a must!
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Most roles are in the Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Burbank areas and should start hiring again soon! These are not full-time permanent roles, applicants must be comfortable working on a project-to-project basis to start.
Compensation varies by project.
