Our client, a global entertainment agency, is looking for a sharp Assistant to join their Learning and Organization Development team! In this dynamic role, you'll spearhead the logistics surrounding orientations for new hires and ongoing training for current staff. In this role you will: coordinate all conference room bookings and set-up, including liaising with other internal teams to ensure all technology and materials are ready on time, manage the department calendar, track programming attendance, evaluate training sessions and make recommendations for areas of opportunity, handle catering for onboarding lunches and workshops, and manage internal databases, among other tasks.

You should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of two years administrative experience in either an office coordination, facilities, or human resources capacity [internships ok!]
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Top notch communicative, collaborative, and project management skills with a high attention to detail
