Assistant - Finance and Administration

This is a Full Time Job

Our client, a leading music and recording organization, is looking for an Assistant to support their Finance and Administration team! In this role, you'll work with leadership to ensure the accurate accounting of recording budgets: you'll provide departmental administrative support, serve as the primary contact for vendor maintenance activity, input purchase order requests and ensure timely approvals, help process recording costs, and code travel costs for the recording process, among other duties. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a global leader in music!

You should have:
• A Bachelor's degree
• A minimum 1-2 years relevant professional experience, and an interest in accounting / finance (internships ok!)
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize

This is a three month project which will be remote to start, but may require reporting to a Los Angeles area office if extended, with compensation of $18-20/hr. For consideration, please submit your resume.
