How do I hire a Field Marketing Manager? Our client, a leading consumer products brand, is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join their team! In this role, you'll apply your expertise using insights-driven resources, guidelines and tools to secure new business, increase execution, and drive demand: you'll develop marketing, messaging, and point of sale assets to support new business opportunities, create tools, training materials, processes and solutions to drive business plan initiatives, and support trade show and conference execution, among other tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a global leader in consumer products!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (MBAs a plus!)
- a minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer/trade marketing role (experience within merchandising a plus!)
- proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- exceptional project management, collaborative, and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
This is a year long temporary project, which will be remote to start based on Los Angeles's stay at home guidelines, and may eventually require reporting to an office, with compensation of $30-35/hr, DOE.
