Paid Intern - Development & Sales

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Development & Sales Intern
Electric Entertainment, a full-service film, television, and sales company, is seeking a part-time paid intern (2 days a week) to its Domestic Sales, Acquisitions and Development divisions, supporting the development & distribution assistant. Qualified candidates will have script coverage and relevant development experience.

Duties:
- Preparing coverage of scripts and books
- Scheduling of meetings (internal and external, in-person and on Zoom)
- Fielding and rolling calls - comfortable on the phone and following up on behalf of executives
- Scheduling travel and arranging meetings at conferences
- Preparing presentation materials for sales and pitch meetings
- Maintaining detailed notes on a grid tracking acquisitions, development, and sales
- Attend development, acquisitions, and sales meetings when possible
- Cover development & distribution assistant's desk when needed
Qualifications:
- script coverage experience
- Strong organization skills and good follow-up
- High degree of comfort with MS Office and setting Zoom meetings
- Experience booking travel and preparing expense reports a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and perform several tasks concurrently in a deadline driven environment
