Job description
As a Production Intern, you'll support our team with office-based production tasks - from pre-production planning through wrap and archiving. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the commercial production industry and learn the business from the ground up.
Internship Start Date/Season - ASAP
Internship Duration - TBD, can be discussed per student
Time/Days Required - 20 hours/week
Workplace Location Requirements - In-office
Responsibilities
Assist with pre-production tasks including scheduling, research, and vendor/location coordination
Help prepare and organize production documents (call sheets, shot lists, contracts, releases)
Support wrap tasks including returns tracking, invoicing support, and file organization
Help maintain organized digital production files and archives
Communicate with vendors, freelancers, and crew as directed
Assist post-production team with media management or asset organization as needed
Perform general office and administrative support tasks
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university program and able to receive academic credit for this internship (proof of enrollment and credit eligibility required)
Pursuing a degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in commercial/advertising production
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under deadline pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work standard office hours
Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar a plus
