Music Publicist

Effective Immediately is seeking an experienced publicist to join the team. This job is listed as NY, however, you do not need to be in this market to apply. Market preferences are New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Austin or Seattle. Experience in publicity is a must. It is preferred that at minimum, you have interned at an established music PR firm for 3 to 6 months, and ideally you have you worked as a publicist at a firm or independently as a freelancer. You will be working a wide range of genres which keeps the work interesting and challenging. If you love artists and being a part of a team, this is for you.
