About the Job:
Edgeline Films is looking to hire a Post Production Assistant who will be responsible for supporting assistant editors, editors, and story producers with video asset management for one of our upcoming projects at our in-person offices in Los Angeles, CA. This position requires someone who can communicate effectively, efficiently, and quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating material for story producers, editors, and assistant editors
- Logging and archiving footage
- Organizing transcripts / Scriptsync
- Support members of the post-production team with day-to-day tasks
- Managing ingests/exports as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of post-production experience
- Strong understanding of Avid Media Composer and Frame.io
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with emerging production technologies and workflows
