Spring Intern - Entertainment Law

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Eclipse Law Corporation, an entertainment law firm representing high-profile writers, directors, actors, producers, and production companies, seeks remote interns from Early January through May 2024. Must be bright, professional, and energetic, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Duties include: reviewing and drafting agreements; conducting guild and other legal research; and interfacing with clients, agencies, and management companies; assisting in document management; and so on. In addition to performing day-to-day tasks, interns will be assigned readings from a structured curriculum (which includes books, articles, and a wide variety of contracts) and expected to discuss them during periodic meetings with the supervising attorney. This is a great opportunity to learn about the entertainment business, to get exposure to contractual language, to build your resume, and to establish a professional network. School credit can be arranged (if permitted by your school).

This position is for the Spring term - January to May.

This is a part-time internship and will only be a couple days a week (approximately 10 hours).
