The Role
The Print Creative Coordinator (PCC) is a critical role at eclipse advertising. The PCC will have a passion for art and entertainment with a broad understanding of entertainment marketing. The PCC is responsible for coordination of all needs for the print creative team (internal and freelance) as well as supporting scheduling needs for all active campaigns. He/she is highly organized with a natural ability to collaborate with all members of the eclipse team. The PCC is able to juggle multiple urgent deadlines in a calm and cool manner. He/she is a champion for company culture while creating and maintaining best practices for eclipse.
General Accountabilities
• Coordinate & communicate day-to-day scheduling with Creative Print Team, including constant communication throughout the day, updating account team on timing and alerting appropriate parties if any new needs arise.
• Lead daily morning scrum meetings with creative directors and account directors to determine daily priorities
• Schedule all print creative internal crit reviews with guidance from account team and creative director
• Assist SVP in long-term planning and scheduling of all print creative talent across all eclipse creative work
• Coordinate all freelance creative personnel needs, including maintenance of freelance google doc, reaching out to freelancers as directed, confirming hours/holds etc. Freelancers include designers, art directors, illustrators, sketch artists, 3D artists, copywriters, production artists etc.
• Support account team with various needs including but not limited to: new job number requests, meeting organization, photo shoot prop & wardrobe procurement, finishing coordination, client reservations etc.
• Coordinate, review and oversee processing of all paperwork and invoices related to design and production including freelance invoices
• Coordinate, organize and traffic scripts, screeners, photography, etc. to appropriate team members (internal and freelance)
• Coordination of all new full-time or freelance employees including assimilation through introductions, security protocols, server & process training, accounting needs etc.
• Coordinate and manage all print creative space and equipment needs for full-time and freelance employees including workstation set-up, email, logins, supplies etc.
• Coordinate day-to-day needs of SVP, print creative account and creative teams, including supplies, messengers, expenses, meals, etc. as needed
• Manage department accounts & budgets, including stock photography and font accounts
• Coordinate and execute board presentations
• Coordinate trafficking of credits and art to IMP Awards for released eclipse finishes
• Coordination with receptionist on all awards entries for print creative
• Provide released finishes to appropriate internal parties for social media and presentations
• Support deck creation as needed
• Front desk coverage as needed
• Other responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
• 2 years of experience working with a creative team in an agency or studio
• Entertainment industry experience a plus
• College degree preferred
Skills
• Understanding of print creative process
• Positive can-do, no-job-is-too-small attitude
• Coordination of complex projects while prioritizing and adapting to shifting deadlines and needs
• Project management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of colleagues, collaborators and vendors with many different personalities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-starter who takes ownership of any situation
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized (multi-tasking is second nature)
• Flexibility and availability to support creative team requests at all times
• Proactive personality - always looking for new ways to help and support the team
• Working knowledge of the Adobe CC Suite, Google Docs and Microsoft Office
