Executive/Personal Assistant

Eclectic Pictures (Lovelace, Olympus Has Fallen Franchise, Hunter Killer, The Late Bloomer) has recently signed a 10-picture deal, with several films in production, and is actively seeking an executive/personal assistant to the CEO. This individual will provide support on production, development, scheduling, and organization in order to actively prep multiple pictures in pre-production. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, be tech savvy, and have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and has experience handling bills/invoices. Property management or event planning/coordination experience a definite plus. Must be ok with working in a pet-friendly environment.

Recent college graduates are welcome to apply. The schedule is M-F, 9 am to 6 pm. And occasionally willing to answer calls/texts during time off/weekends/nights.
