Location: Palm Beach, FL
Eclectic Pictures (Lovelace, Olympus Has Fallen franchise, Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard, Blackbird, in post on The Bricklayer and Red Sonja) is in a multi-picture deal with several films in various stages of development or production and is actively seeking an aspiring producer to fill the position of Executive and Personal Assistant to the CEO/Founder Heidi Jo Markel.
This exceptional individual will provide support on development, packaging talent, scheduling, and organization in order to actively prep multiple projects. Includes some property management-related tasks as well. Must be an UBER-MULTI-TASKER, supernova/self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, tech-savvy, and have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has excellent industry experience and managerial abilities. Must be OK with working in a pet-friendly environment, in-person position in Palm Beach. Living with 15 to 20 miles of Palm Beach is a must!
Some travel (to LA and possibly elsewhere) may be necessary at times. Training in LA to be discussed. Any work-mandated travel expenses will be paid by company.
