Echo Lake Entertainment is currently seeking a director of Human Resources with 2-3 or more years of HR experience. This is a full-time, in person position for a production/management company based in Beverly Hills. Our office is fully vaccinated and boosted.
This role entails providing human resources support to senior management, while helping employees to follow company processes and policies. The ideal candidate has the ability to effectively prioritize HR tasks, stay organized in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly and regularly with company employees.
Responsibilities:
Conflict Resolution
Performance Documentation
Updating and maintaining personnel files
Recruiting - sourcing, job postings, interviewing and job offers
Benefits administration
New hire orientation
Manage Exit Interviews
Provide support to other team members and internal departments
Qualifications
Strong Communication Skills
Experience working in a corporate environment
College degree
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Payroll Admin experience a plus
