Echo Lake Entertainment is looking for an entrepreneurial manager who lives and breathes in the digital space to help us build our Digital Talent & Partnerships division. You will own and grow our digital talent vertical, backed by the infrastructure, relationships, reputation and resources of an established entertainment management and production company. The ideal candidate understands the creator economy and digital ecosystem, has worked with the major platforms like TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, and knows how to maximize brand investment. This is a ground-floor opportunity to start a department with resources to grow. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and excited by the upside of creating something new.

Qualifications:
· Two years of experience managing digital content creators, identifying and negotiating brand partnership deals.
· Worked with the major platforms like TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
· An existing client roster of creators you are prepared to bring with you.
· Established relationships with brand marketing teams and creative/media agencies.
· Deep fluency in creator economics: Deal structures, consumer products, content licensing and revenue splits, etc.
· A positive, can-do attitude driven by enthusiasm and not ego. You enjoy working with a team, sharing clients and building together.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Manage and grow a roster of digital content creator clients.
· Negotiate and close brand partnership deals, sponsorships and integrations, identifying opportunities and working to get deals across the finish line.
· Identify and develop new digital talent, expanding the firm's digital roster.
· Collaborate with our traditional entertainment divisions to identify crossover opportunities for creator clients and traditional clients.
· Work alongside our production and finance teams to develop creator-led IP and long-term projects.
· Build and maintain relationships with brand marketing teams and creative agencies.
· Stay ahead of platform trends, monetization shifts and the evolving creator business landscape.
