Job Summary:
The IT Technician is responsible for working directly with the Director of Information Technology to complete all tasks related to Duplitech's IT Department, including all
network, hardware, software, telecommunications, and pertinent policies and procedures for responsible areas. This position will assist in identification and troubleshooting of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the IT Director with projects and tasks.
• Provide help desk support for our local and remote users.
• Maintain and secure our firm's servers and infrastructure.
• Networking and configuration (WAN, LAN) troubleshooting
• Hardware setup and troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain network security, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
• Able to write up detailed documentation.
• Handle IT and Network emergencies when needed.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO), Powershell and scripting.
• Operating system: Windows, OSX, Linux
• High-level networking knowledge
