Independent classical music management and publishers Dunvagen Music and St Rose Music, representing several internationally recognized composers, seek an intern for the Spring of 2020. This is an unpaid internship for college credit only. Candidates should be interested in composer management and publishing. Projects will include promotional outreach, research, and copyright administration.
Candidates must be based in NYC, detail oriented and comfortable with Mac computers. Proficiency in Excel and FileMaker a plus. A background in music is a plus but not necessary. Undergraduate or Graduate students seeking for-credit internships only.
Candidates should expect to work 2-3 days per week (10-15 hrs), in our office in Downtown Manhattan. Our small, friendly work environment offers exposure to artist management and music publishing. Start and end dates and schedule are flexible, ideally early January-mid May.
