• Roll up your sleeves to personally implement and execute best practice processes for experience design, prototyping, and launch execution
• Create and maintain experience roadmaps, concept development frameworks, and standard operating procedures

• Develop and oversee strategies to enhance fan engagement, experience quality, and brand loyalty through live offerings
• Partner with business and creative teams to define experience requirements and ensure efficient development processes
• Implement and refine structured testing, optimization, & feedback frameworks
• Ensure exceptional experience quality across all Dude Perfect live offerings
• Manage external experience partners, venue relationships, and internal project management systems
• Oversee and improve experience performance tracking, including KPIs, analytics, and review processes
• Develop and execute experience innovation programs to stay ahead of industry trends and audience expectations
Cross-Functional Experience Leadership
• Work closely with groups across the company including Digital, Content, Fan Engagement, Product, and more
• Collaborate to ensure experiential strategy aligns with broader business initiatives and brand objectives
• Build experience-centric measurement frameworks that connect live offerings to overall business outcomes
• Develop systematic approaches to translate experience insights into actionable business recommendations
• Create standardized reporting and project management dashboards for key stakeholders across the organization

• Own and manage all in-house and partner experience operations, including live events, entertainment centers, and touring experiences
• Drive experiential monetization strategies and initiatives, audience engagement metrics, and revenue optimization
• Spearhead new experience development and enhancement initiatives to maximize fan engagement and business impact
• Partner with company leaders to align experience strategy to progressing the strategic and operational roadmaps, priority company initiatives, and special projects
• Quickly develop and nurture positive working relationships with department leaders and other key stakeholders
• Actively build and develop experience programs hands-on while the team scales, functioning as a ''doer'' rather than just a manager
Required Qualifications
• 5-10 years of progressive experience strategy and/or operations leadership across sports, media, or entertainment events and experiences
• Proven track record as a strategic doer who can directly develop and implement experiential solutions
• Experience in live events, entertainment venues, touring experiences, and/or family entertainment concepts

• Transparent and effective oral and written communicator; comfortable communicating both concisely with executive audiences and in-detail with tactical audiences
• Interacts well with internal colleagues at all levels and across all business functions
• Results-oriented, gritty, resourceful, and organized team player with the highest of ethical standards
• Willingness to travel as needed for experience development, tour support, and location-based experience evaluation
