Fast growing media and entertainment company seeks an exceptional Creative Producer to join our team in Baltimore. This role will work with partners across the organization and oversee a small team of filmmakers and creatives to strategize and implement a large campaign across multiple social media platforms. This position will be the point person for a small team creating daily short form content in collaboration with a number of local businesses and influential talent. Must be able to visualize a concept from creation to delivery with an attention to detail and ability to lead a small project team to the finish line. Must have experience working for and handling clients and must have a working knowledge of delivering for a client from bid to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize short form content on a regular basis.
- Manage team members and have a working knowledge of all ongoing projects at various stages.
- Be the main information and communication source for partners on project details and progress
- Serve as on set producer for shoots, handling budgets,talent
- Stay current with global online and offline marketing trends
- Manage outside vendor relationships, contracts and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Film or Communication
- Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats
- Ability to write, shoot, and edit content that tells a compelling story
- Extensive shooting and scripting of both short and long form spots
- Experience in an entertainment or production agency required.
- Consistent track record of cultivating trusted relationships with both business and creative teams.
- Ability to build strong, vibrant network within the creative (design, copy, production) community
- Familiarity with agile work methodology
- Diplomatic leadership style
- Understand production costs and timelines for a variety of mediums and channels
- Non-linear editing experience (Adobe Premier non-linear editing experience is a must)
- Ability to maintain a variety of projects and work with varying production styles, budgets, and deadlines while employing strong client services skills
