This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
This internship will start June 20, and will run till September 12th, 2021,.
Looking for few production interns to work on the next DPA gifting lounge: The DPA Pre awards gift suite the week of the Emmys
Need to be very discreet and reliable . Experience in the industry a plus but not a must! Sense of fashion, and interest in beauty products and new high techs.
We produce gift rooms for the celebrities, nominees during the different Award shows and film festivals worldwide.
Job will be REMOTE for the preparation of the event
Preproduction
-Help producer to book companies which are going to gift stars days of event, lots of emails and researchs .
-Coordinate with producer all materials related to event
-Assist producer in inviting celebrities and press
-Assisting producer in designing event.
LOTS LOTS OF EMAILS
Production: In person if you are located in LA!
Assist in set up of event, will escort celebrities
After event- post production. Collecting the press with the publicists. sending pictures to clients
Will request a minimum of 2 days (no Friday, Saturday or Sunday) per week.10-3 PST plus homeworks (research) at home
we will work via Zoom, remotely.
