This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
FALL INTERNSHIP
This internship will start September 11th , 2013 (with orientation day on september 3rd if possible) and will run till January 14th, 20142013
Looking for few production interns to work on the next DPA gifting lounge: The Gifting lounge Pre GOLDEN GLOBE in Los Angeles
Need to be very discreet and reliable . Experience in the industry a plus but not a must! Sense of fashion, and interest in beauty products and new high techs.
We produce gift rooms for the celebrities, nominees during the different Award shows and film festivals worldwide.
Job will be:
Preproduction
-Help producer to book companies which are going to gift stars days of event, lots of emails and researchs .
-Coordinate with producer all materials related to event
-Assist producer in inviting celebrities and press
-Assisting producer in designing event.
LOTS LOTS OF EMAILS
Production:
Assist in set up of event, will escort celebrities
After event- post production. Thank you cards. Burning CDS of photos, collecting the press with the publicists. sending pictures to clients
