This is a Part Time Job
Role Overview
This is a hands-on hybrid of strategy and execution. You'll manage our social platforms, generate and edit content daily, experiment with lo-fi and high-aesthetic formats, and turn podcast gold into algorithm-cracking moments.
You'll collaborate closely with producers, show talent, and the CEO to develop assets that drive discovery, conversation, and cultural relevance. Think: reels from tennis debates, live BTS on shoot days, quick-turn trending audio edits, or smart educational series for platforms like TikTok and IG Reels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editorial
Edit short-form vertical videos from podcast recordings, show shoots, or remote interviews
Act as creative producer for reels, clips, and lo-fi videos (re-edits, memes, teasers, recaps)
Pitch and execute weekly video ideas, from platform-native trends to original series
Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar (IG, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn)
Write witty, brand-aligned captions and on-screen copy to boost discoverability
Occasionally appear on camera (optional) or help direct talent and creators remotely
Platform & Channel Growth
Own posting, scheduling, and management across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Monitor performance data and iterate based on insights, trends, and audience response
Identify and react quickly to viral sounds, creator collaborations, and sports culture moments
Support live-tweeting or event-based community engagement (e.g., Grand Slams, Finals)
Brand Voice & Community
Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels, adapting for tone per show or host
Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and fan engagement during show rollouts
Work closely with producers and hosts to align content tone with show strategy
Build community via polls, reels, behind-the-scenes access, and fan-forward storytelling
You Might Be a Fit If You...
Have 2-4+ years of experience in social or digital content roles
Thrive in a self-directed, creative environment and love finding the hook in every moment
Know how to edit quickly and cleanly for TikTok, IG Reels, and Shorts (CapCut, Adobe Rush, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Have strong instincts around platform algorithms and viral behavior
Have a sharp sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling, with a pulse on sports-adjacent trends
Enjoy working in a collaborative, talent-facing culture with athletes, creators, and execs
Are comfortable with social media strategy, not just execution
Bonus: You love tennis, pickleball, padel, or are excited to learn fast
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
YouTube Shorts experience
Experience with sports highlights or long-form to short-form podcast clipping
Motion graphics in After Effects or Canva
Comfort directing UGC or sourcing creator collabs
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Frame.io, Planoly, or Buffer
What We Offer
Opportunity to grow into a full-time or leadership creative role
Access to high-profile podcast talent and original IP in a fast-growing sports brand
A chance to shape the voice of shows seen by millions across social, YouTube, and audio
Creative autonomy and direct collaboration with a small, smart team
