DTLA Film Festival, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, seeks a communications specialist with an expertise social media. In this role, the selected candidate will work with senior marketing staff to creatively promote on Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter the organization's annual film festival this fall, the largest film-TV event in downtown Los Angeles. Prior social media experience preferred. This is a great opportunity to add entertainment industry experience to your resume.
This is a part-time, remote-working position for a total of 120 hours of work time, divided between various assignments, and spread across 6 months, beginning in July and ending in November.
Requirements:
* Must reside in the City of Los Angeles.
* 17 years of age and younger must have work permit
* Eligible to work in US
* COVID 19 Vaccinated
* Must be (low) income eligible; details upon request.
