The 13th annual DTLA Film Festival welcomes film enthusiasts, self-starters, fun, hardworking, and reliable volunteers to make a significant impact in serving artists and audiences. We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our committed team.
DTLA Film Festival is an established film festival that started in 2008 as a non-profit organization. DTLA is dedicated to diversity and inclusion, and the festival focuses its programming on Film, TV, and new media content by groups traditionally underrepresented by Hollywood studios. DTLA Film festival has grown to become the most prominent film event in the historical center in Los Angeles, where DTLA premieres filmmakers in the US and worldwide.
Be available for at least one 4-hour shift Sept, 14-18 in the afternoon or evening.
This role is crucial in supporting innovative filmmakers and people who love film. This role will collect ticket sales, oversee the information booth, assist the red-carpet team, and provide support to the event staff.
• Manage collecting tickets at the main screening venue.
• Maintain the information booth such as stocking materials and providing materials to the people.
• Assist Red Carpet Support Team when needed
• Provide event support such as setting up the bar, help cleaning up, etc.
• Must be 18 years old
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills
• Demonstrates great communication skills.
• Demonstrates great organization skills.
