Intern - modeling agency

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

DT Model Management is one of the leading boutique modeling agencies, priding itself on its distinguished talent roster and client base. Founded in 2012 by David Todd, DTMM has secured some of the biggest worldwide campaigns for clients such as Paco Rabanne, DSQUARED2, Diesel, and Stuart Weitzman. The agency has booked high-fashion editorials and covers for the likes of American Vogue, Elle Magazine, V Magazine, GQ Magazine, Italian Vogue, and Vanity Fair Italia, making it one of the premiere model management companies in Los Angeles.

We are looking for an intern (with possible promotion to assistant position) to assist in day-to-day duties including, but not limited to:
-handle office calendar (schedule calls, meetings, etc.)
-greet models, clients, & guests
-answer phones
-organize digital/printed files & documents
-run errands-additional administrative duties

Requirements:
-previous internship experience in a similar industry
-knowledge in Photoshop and all platforms of social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
-excellent organization & communication skills (written and verbal)
-ability to work in a collaborative environment
-own form of transportation
-availability of up to 4 days a week
