Drive Studios is looking for a full-time Administrative Intern. Drive Studios is a boutique multi media company based in DTLA, with a background in Music Video production, Digital Content, Advertising, VFX & Post Production, AR/VR and Immersive Content.
The applicant must be well organized, a good communicator, interested in and excited about the various avenues of the industry the company participates in. They should have an understanding and appreciation of client services. A drivers license, vehicle, smart phone, and laptop computer are a must.
The role includes managing the company and executives' calendars, day to day scheduling, assisting staff with online organization through Google Drive, and maintaining a clean office; which includes handling kitchen cleaning, taking out the trash, and other office upkeep duties.
This is a great opportunity to learn about the film industry, advertising, music, and the production process from beginning to end. Day to day dealings will be with a Director and Producer, as well as other staff.
Applicant will be provided a space to work and equipment to use.
