Administration - Assistant
An Administration assistant supports catalog operations and general office functions. Key responsibilities include maintaining and reviewing data, managing correspondence, updating databases, and conducting research. The role also involves providing administrative support such as handling daily communications, filing, scanning managing reception duties, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents for various teams. Strong proficiency in office software and excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential for success in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support through general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and assisting team workflows
• Draft professional emails, prepare documentation, and maintain internal databases
• Update records for performing rights organizations (PROs) and collection agencies worldwide
• Research and compile composition and recording metadata for internal use
• Conduct project-based research to support team initiatives and business needs
• Review documents with a high level of accuracy
• Collaborate with multiple teams
• Coordinate the intake of statements with teams (domestic and int'l sources)
• Prepare data for ingestion into software system
• Assist with catalog onboarding processes to ensure proper setup and accuracy
• Report to multiple managers, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail across tasks
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail, especially when working with data and complex documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Location: Studio City, CA- On site role
Office Hours: M-F - 8:00am - 5:00pm
