Location: 1000 Flower St, Glendale, California
Job Title: Employee Engagement, Events, & Communications Intern
Format: Hybrid (In-person minimum of 3 days per week)
Hourly Rate: $17.28 per hour
Job Description:
Interns will help produce social media content, design invitations, and assist with weekly event planning, as well as gain exposure to various departments such as Production, Design, Publicity, Marketing, and Human Resources. The role involves planning internal and external events like premieres, family events, and volunteer programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft professional internal communication materials
• Plan remote and live events, including morale mixers, premieres, and holiday events
• Support community outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work in Glendale, CA
Desired Attributes:
