Position Title: Digital Colorist

Job Summary:
DreamWorks Animation seeks a Digital Colorist to collaborate with VFX Supervisors, Directors, and Producers to refine and finalize the color of films for digital cinema, Dolby, and home entertainment formats. This role is critical in ensuring visual excellence across all deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver a final, filmmaker-approved color-correct version of the film for various formats, including digital cinema and Dolby.
• Grade films for REC 709 and HDR home entertainment formats.
• Partner with the Digital Grading Production Supervisor to ensure post-production deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to meet departmental needs for successful project completion.
Qualifications:
• Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Lustre for creative and technical color grading.
- At least 3 years of experience in color grading and servicing deliverables.
• Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
