Position Title: Assistant to Producer/Director

Job Description:
The Assistant to Producer/Director will support the Producer and Director by coordinating production activities, scheduling meetings, planning events, managing communications, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintaining accurate calendars for the Producer/Director.
• Prepare documents and materials for meetings.
• Answer, screen, and roll phone calls; build and update a daily phone list.
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes as requested.
• Prepare expense reports accurately and promptly.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Assist with personal tasks or errands as needed during business hours.
• Provide additional administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
