Job Summary:
DreamWorks Animation seeks an Administrative Assistant to support two Current Series executives. This role combines administrative support with contributions to the creative development process, requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage phones, calendars, travel planning, expense reports, and general office organization.
• Prepare and distribute reading materials, including for daily and weekend reads.
• Read and provide coverage for writing samples and creative materials.
• Take notes, write notes, and transcribe meetings.
• Attend regular meetings with the creative team and participate as needed.
• Conduct research to support the development and current series process.
• Provide support in balancing business and creative development priorities.
Qualifications:
• High-level attention to detail and ability to multitask in a constantly evolving environment.
• Strong organizational skills, focus, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (or Keynote).
