Model Agent Assistant / Junior Agent

We are a boutique model agency looking for an assistant booking agent, who will be responsible for helping to manage the day to day schedules for 70+ talent. This includes helping to develop the agency's client roster and maintaining a steady stream of bookings. The ideal candidate is creative with a good eye for talent and has experience in the industry.

Qualifications include:
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive, meticulous and ambitious - we are looking for someone who can bring their own ideas to the table
* Thrive in a fast paced environment, incredibly organized and detail oriented
* 2+ years of experience working as an assistant agent, junior booker and/or within casting/production
* Strong knowledge of talent rates and usages across editorial and commercial fashion
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively at a remote organization, able to self-manage
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to work nights and weekends on occasion, as needed
* Proven track record securing and managing bookings within an agency setting
* Strong working knowledge and experience reviewing contracts, deal memos and other legal documents
* A passion for human connection and the fashion industry

Candidates should live in the NYC area although the position is primary remote. Compensation is based on experience, please note desired salary with application.
