Right now I'm the talent, the producer, the strategist, and the person answering DMs at midnight. Three of those have to go.
The work
Decide what we're shooting each week, where, and why
Send me scripts. Tell me which of mine to cut
Find the podcasts worth my time, pitch them, run that calendar
Read what the numbers are actually saying and change next week because of it
Keep the video editor moving
Hold the message together so it stops fragmenting across platforms
I lead the creative. You help me make it, and you say so when it isn't good.
You
You've produced something start to finish. Video, podcast, live event, campaign, brand work. Size doesn't matter. Ownership does
You think holistically. The podcast, the shoot, the book, and the schedule are one thing to you, not four
You have taste and you'll defend it in the room

10 to 15 hours a week, in person in Santa Monica. Paid. Shortlisted candidates are paid for a trial project before any offer.
