This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
(This position can be fulfilled working from home and partially in person at our events if COVID guidelines permit)
Our film festival is endorsed by LA City Mayor Eric Garcetti and the City of Los Angeles. As one of LA's premiere festivals our team members enjoy the benefits of working in a fun and exciting environment. You will gain memorable experiences working on a team and networking with Hollywood's elite.
We are currently assisting a film production in marketing and distribution and getting a project ready for a film release in theaters. It's exciting times! All interns who help with this project will receive a film production credit.
Additionally, we will assist with the film festival by researching and developing assets to gear up the the festival in October. (Spring interns do not need be present at the festival but are welcome) .
We are seeking interns in the following categories:
Marketing: Assist with social media outreach, online marketing and other areas of marketing where needed
Public Relations: Assist in writing and distributing press releases
Video Production: Assist in creating video content to promote the festival and daily activities
Event Production: Assist in producing screenings, gala parties and all festival activities
Hosting: Assist in VIP check in, talent check in, greeting guests (pending COVID guidelines)
Volunteers: assist in various capacities where needed
Party Planning: Assist in planning VIP gala, bar hosting, and planning where needed
Community Outreach: Assist in reaching out to community organizations and partnerships
Research and development: Research resources online and data input.
We only require interns to complete 10 - 40 hours... per week it depends on how much you would like to learn and bring to the team.
Some helpful college majors might be helpful but not necessary:
