Entertainment Public Relations Agency is seeking an energetic, organized, computer savvy and outgoing coordinator to join a small team of fast paced publicists. Candidate must have an interest in music, pop culture and the entertainment industry at large and be based in Los Angeles.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Media research; creating professional press clips; assisting in developing written materials such as press releases, media pitches (including power list submissions, executive pitches, etc.) and media alerts; managing schedules and travel, generating weekly reports, assisting in tour press and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Please note - dealing with high-profile clients, we are looking for an assistant who is a team-player, trustworthy and is willing to give 110% to all tasks. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a strategic approach. This is not a 9-5 job!
MUST have 1-2 years of work experience, and multiple internships in entertainment/publicity.
