Intern - Music Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: TBD August/September - Dec 2023
Internship Duration: 3-4 months
Time/Days Required: 16 hours per week (2 full days)
Workplace Requirements: Hybrid (Remote and/or in the office located in Sherman Oaks and Woodland Hills)

Intern will work directly with artist manager, supporting them with the artists on their roster.

Internship duties will include:
• Attending weekly staff meeting when possible and taking notes.
• Research necessary for the development of artists project as delegated by artist manager (for example researching video directors/producers/social media trends and more)
• Helping artists create content (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube shorts) and assisting in monitoring/ managing social sites.
• Attending and assisting at photo shoots, music video shoots, sessions, concerts/shows.
• Helping creating graphics where possible.
• Helping manage websites and other artist profiles.

Must be based in Los Angeles & have a car
Must be a self-starter
Must be able to do internship for school credit
Must have content creation and social media experience (please attach examples)
Experience with photoshop or canva preferable
Passionate about music and discovering new music
Motivated and driven towards a career in the music/entertainment industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be a team player
Ability to stay well organized and manage multiple tasks at once
