Done and Done Productions is looking for an executive assistant to start immediately.
The position will report to CEO/Founder Adam DiVello and be responsible for maintaining his schedule and working closely with head of development.
Along with managing the office, calls, and travel, the assistant will get the opportunity to aide in the creation of pitch materials. Extremely strong organizational, and multitasking skills and communication skills are a must.
Basic editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) Power Point/Key Note skills and both production experience and education are desired. The ideal candidate is a self starter, adaptable, and passionate about what we do. People with a passion for entertainment with a nose for what is current is strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a true executive assistant role so it is a mix of personal and professional tasks. Personal tasks could be but not limited to running errands, scheduling appointments, booking reservations, aiding and managing household items, contacting vendors for specific jobs, tasks, and follow up.
