Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Domain Talent Agency is looking for a new assistant in our Century City office. Previous experience as an assistant or intern in a similar environment is desired but not required- this is an entry level job. Tasks include typical assistant duties: scheduling appointments, submitting clients for roles, rolling calls, communicating with clients, managers, casting and studio executives, etc. Looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, think ahead, and handle stressful situations calmly. You would be working alongside two other assistants to support three agents.
