Do LaB is an events business and leader in American festival culture based out of Los Angeles, California. We build and promote music festivals, interactive environments, and unique structures that exhibit and celebrate our ethos of human connection, art as transformative experience, and environmental sustainability.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION: The Accounting/HR Intern will be primarily responsible for assisting the Accounting and Human Resources Department. We have built a democratic, casual work atmosphere that produces events and festivals at a professional level displaying the highest markers of quality and style. Working in this environment requires everyone to strike a careful balance between being self-motivated and independently-minded, while enjoying being a team player with shared goals.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include (but are not limited to):
General office support - printing, faxing, filing, office organization and upkeep
Reconciling
Data Entry
Posting, journal entries
Resume Organization
Researching
Local errands for office as instructed by HR
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and able to receive school credit in exchange for this unique experience
A GPA of 3.0 or above
Proven interest in music, art, live events, or music festival culture
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong work ethic - must be able to work overtime on projects with tight deadlines
Strong Excel and Google Documents skills
Flexible with scheduling
Quick moving and determined to shine
Proper time management and organizational skills
Must have a reliable car and laptop
CREDIT:
Do LaB will work with institutions to assure the internship is designed to meet credit requirements.
