Paid Intern - Music Booking

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

We are currently seeking to fill a remote internship position to provide booking support to our talent on the East Coast. We prefer that the candidate for this position is located in or around Boston, MA, preferably in commutable distance to Berklee College of Music.

This role requires a minimal commitment of 5 hours a week (one hour each day). Below is a sample schedule.

Mondays: Seeking booking opps for talent
Tuesdays: Managing and updating pitch logs
Wednesdays: Sending out e-mail pitches and phone calls to potential talent buyers & answering incoming requests
Thursdays: Team call
Friday's: E-mail responses to potential buyers & occasional live events

The perfect candidate for this role will be:

A lover of music (Indie, Pop, Alternative, Country)
Detail oriented
Organized
Proficient in the following applications: G-Mail, Google Drive, Excel, Canva, Web Applications
The ability to create stage plots or willingness to learn
Familiarity of music terminology (backline, PA system, set length, headliner etc)
Former live music booking experience is a huge plus
