About the Role:
We are seeking a Casting Psychologist to develop a comprehensive psychological intake form for an undisclosed digital reality dating series featuring 40 contestants. Your primary responsibility will be to design an assessment that screens for psychological risks and ensures that all participants are mentally fit for the challenges and games presented on the show.

Key Responsibilities:
Create a thorough intake assessment to identify potential psychological risks, including mental health concerns, emotional resilience, and behavioral tendencies.
Screen for red flags such as severe anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or any conditions that may impact a contestant's ability to safely participate.
Ensure contestants are cleared for participation, balancing ethical responsibility with the entertainment needs of the show.
Provide final clearance recommendations based on the assessment results.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical psychological practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or related field preferred).
Licensed psychologist with experience in psychological assessments and risk evaluation.
Prior experience in reality TV, media, or high-pressure environments is a plus.
Strong understanding of emotional resilience and group dynamics in social/competitive settings.
Ability to design clear, effective intake forms that align with show objectives.
