Job Summary:
The Communications & Learning team provides expertise and creative services in support of our Enterprise Technology organization, as well as more holistic support in the promotion and education of our products and services to end users and various technology and business audiences across the Company.
Responsibilities:
• IT course management (both in-person and virtual), which may include:
• Overall administration of the learning management system (LMS)
• Course setup (both online and instructor-led)
• Logistics (room booking, catering)
• Scheduling and enrollment
• Recording learning
• Management and delivery internal IT learning programs:
• Sourcing presenters and/or working with regular monthly presenters (PowerHours, DocuSign, JETA)
• Scheduling and building out monthly calendar
• Moderating via video conference tools (BlueJeans)
• Surveys
• Managing the development and delivery of IT learning communications:
• Internal social channels (Yammer, Slack)
• Enterprise Tech Learning mailbox
• Newsletters
• DLearn Technology Channel
• Enterprise Tech Learning site
• Project management of larger scale events (summits, brown bags, innovation weeks, etc.)
• Meeting facilitation
• Task tracking
• Communications coordination
• Regularly curate and post relevant articles, resources, classes and other content
• Editing/producing recorded learning videos
• Administration of self-directed online resources (e.g. Pluralsight, Safari Books Online and Cloud Academy)
• Delivery and management of evaluation tools to deliver metrics
• Tracking project tasks, issues, and action items
• Development of internal online learning content
• General cross-segment, cross-function networking
Basic Qualifications:
• 4-year degree ideally in training/curriculum development, human resource studies, organizational development or communications
• Two or more years training administration/coordination experience in a corporate environment
• Experience working on large-scale training initiatives across a geographically diverse work force
• Experience consulting with both individuals and teams on providing developmental support
• Strong background in communications related work, focusing on marketing, awareness and general collateral
• Ability to work and communicate with multiple levels employee, from leaders to individual contributors
• Understanding of metrics and data related to learning
• Some experience using elearning tools (i.e. Articulate, Captivate) to create training content
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
