Assistant/Associate Company Manager (ATPAM) - Lion King
Job Summary:
Disney Theatrical Group is currently seeking an Assistant/Associate Company Manager to support Lion King on Broadway. The ACM will report to the Company Manager.
Please note that this role is covered by the IATSE ATPAM Collective Bargaining Agreement, and Assistant/Associate classification will be evaluated based on requirements laid out in the CBA.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support the overall management of the entire show personnel from actors to crew (100+ people).
• Assist the Company Manager and General Management team with daily tasks and projects, as assigned.
• Audit petty cash receipts, invoices and corporate credit cards.
• Assist with and submit payroll, union benefit reports and theatre settlements.
• Oversee house seat books.
• Work closely with the box office & house management.
• Coordinate air/ground transportation and housing, as needed.
• Support planning and executing special events (anniversaries, company parties) and press events, as required.
• Ad-hoc troubleshooting.
• Other management projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience working as an ACM or CM, or in a related role.
• Team player, with strong communication skills.
• Organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proven success executing sound judgment and handling confidential materials, while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a friendly, empathetic and collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of industry collective bargaining agreements, preferred.

Salary/Benefits
$1,322 - $1,990 /week USD
Starting scale rate varies by level.
