Job Summary:
The Disney Music Group International Marketing Coordinator provides high-level administrative, operational, and creative support to the VP and the broader international marketing team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of global music initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across Disney's international markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities Include:
Administrative & Executive Support
• Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Serve as a liaison between the VP, internal departments, and external partners.
Operational Support
• Assist in tracking global campaigns, release schedules, and deliverables in partnership with all departments.
• Maintain and update departmental tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, SharePoint) and manage contact lists, market updates, and global release trackers.
• Support the coordination of international market meetings/calls, team off-sites, and events.
• Serve as a point-of-contact on departmental invoice processing, vendor setup, and budget tracking in partnership with Finance.
Creative & Marketing Coordination
• Assist with the rollout of international campaigns for Disney soundtracks, catalog, and frontline artist projects.
• Gather and distribute international marketing assets, performance reports, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate communication between regional teams and U.S. headquarters.
Required Skills
• 1+ year(s) of administrative or coordinator-level experience in entertainment, preferably in music, film, or media.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a global or corporate setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet,etc.)
• Global mindset and sensitivity to cultural nuances.
• Passion for music, storytelling, and Disney's creative legacy.
• Enthusiasm for Disney IP, international music markets, and cross-cultural marketing.
• Great diplomacy and people skills
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are remote with flexibility to work onsite as needed.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with DSPs, metadata systems, and marketing analytics tools is preferred.
